Meet Our Dallas Dental Team

Great Dental Care Starts with a Great Team

Our team brings together years of experience, a genuine passion for what they do, and a shared commitment to making every patient feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. We always listen carefully, and we take pride in the relationships we build with our patients over time.

Russell, Practice Manager

Russell has been a part of the dental world for an impressive 35+ years. Starting as a dental assistant, his career also included stints serving as an oral surgery assistant, periodontal surgical assistant, and periodontal practice manager before joining our team in 2017. For him, the highlight of every day is interacting with our patients, particularly our elderly visitors who have the most interesting stories.

A Dallas native, Russell has plenty of hobbies and interests to keep him busy, including video games, reading, cooking, gardening, home renovations, volleyball, softball, cycling, and camping. Fun fact: After doing DNA research into his family tree, he discovered he has 31 famous historical cousins, including the likes of Benjamin Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, Franklin D. Roosevelt, George Washington, Charles Dickens, Bob Ross, Susan B. Anthony, Harper Lee, Betty White, Booker T. Washington, Queen Elizabeth II, and Lucille Ball.

Terri, Front Office

Terri brings over 30 years of dental experience to our team. Her deep roots within the community mean that she’s a familiar face for many of our patients, so it’s like catching up with old friends when they visit.

Originally from Stuttgart, Arkansas, Terri has lived in Texas for 30+ years and is married with one adult daughter and a senior Yorkie. An avid reader, quiltmaker, and baker, she’s also active in her local church and a member of a Bunco group.

Blythe, Dental Hygienist

Blythe says that the best thing about her job is having the opportunity to educate and help patients reach their dental goals, which can involve everything from achieving a healthy, decay-free mouth to getting a smile makeover! A Chicago native, she completed her dental education at the College of DuPage and takes an average of 10+ hours of continuing education every year.

Blythe and her husband met while in college, and they now have a beautiful baby girl, Sloane, who is the light of their lives. Their family is completed by their golden retriever, Lady. In her free time, Blythe likes to garden, play golf, and go for walks in the nearby park.

Jackie, Dental Hygienist

For Jackie, the most rewarding aspect of being a dental hygienist is making a meaningful difference in people’s lives every day. She says that each appointment is a chance not only to improve someone’s oral health, but also to educate, encourage, and help them feel more confident in their smile. She earned a bachelor's degree in nutrition before getting her dental hygiene degree from Blinn College.

Jackie was inspired to go into healthcare by her parents, who run a group home service for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. When she isn’t spending time with her sister or senior chihuahua, she enjoys working out and trying different types of classes around Dallas.

Adele' Demus, Dental Assistant

Adele' Demus has been with us for over a decade and in dentistry for more than 20 years. Meeting and building rapport with our patients is her favorite part of each day, and she also likes seeing the confidence that a healthy, beautiful smile can instantly instill.

Adele' Demus has three adult children as well as two grandchildren. When she isn’t spending time with them, you’ll find her thrifting, redecorating her home based on Pinterest, or line dancing.

Cecilia, Dental Assistant

Cecilia earned her certification through Colin College and has been taking great care of patients for over 20 years. A Dallas native and proud mom of three boys, she likes to shop, dance, and spend quality time with her children.
